Questions we get before you buy
How long until it is active?
The same minute you pay by card. You receive your access details by email and the onboarding video.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Upload the receipt in the portal and the team reviews it during office hours, Monday to Friday 8 to 5 (Costa Rica time).
What if I need more users later?
Add licenses from the portal; they are billed together with your plan, on the same date.
Is training included?
Guides and videos are free. A session with a person dedicated to you is a Training and is booked from the portal.
